Sensicool Wins “Retrofit Project of the Year” at MEERA Awards 2026
Sensicool is proud to announce that we have been honored with the Retrofit Project of the Year award at the prestigious MEERA Awards 2026 (Middle East Engineering Recognition Awards), organized by the ISHRAE UAE Sub Chapter. This recognition highlights our commitment to delivering innovative, energy-efficient HVAC retrofit solutions that enhance building performance and sustainability across the UAE.
The award-winning project involved the successful Heat Recovery Wheel Retrofit at Julphar Tower, Ras Al Khaimah, where our engineering team upgraded the existing Fresh Air Handling Units (FAHUs) with high-efficiency DRI EcoFresh Heat Recovery Wheels. The retrofit significantly reduced cooling loads, improved indoor air quality, increased energy efficiency, and extended the operational life of the HVAC systems while supporting decarbonization and net-zero initiatives.
